It has been truly valuable to lead HR teams in both large corporates (Ericsson, Swedbank) as well as a startup- you do gain different perspectives on how things can be done and what needs focus at each stage of the company’s maturity.

My background is from psychology, HRM and I’ve completed many courses on leadership, coaching, mentoring; with most recently obtaining the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching.“
